African salad( Abacha)

Abacha and ugba also known as African salad is a cassava based dish from the Igbo tribe of Eastern Nigeria. Abacha is simple dried shredded cassava while ugba on the other hand is fermented African oil bean seed  What is  Abacha made of?Abacha  is made from cassava. The cassava tubes are cooked till done. they sliced with special grater.  the sliced cassava is then soaked in cold water overnight, washed thoroughly and dried under the sun.
